At Donsje Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
