We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. For our baby shoes, we recommend measuring your child's foot from heel to big toe and adding 1 cm of extra space for comfort and growth.

What is your international shipping policy?
Donsje ships worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by region, but most European orders arrive within 2-5 business days, while international shipping may take 5-10 business days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
